Cancellation Policy
- You must book online for a consultation/appointment.
- Consultations are free.
- A non-refundable £50 deposit will secure your appointment for a treatment.
- Your deposit will not be refunded if you give less than 48 hours notice. Another £50 deposit will be needed to rebook your appointment.
- If you give 48 hours notice your deposit will be valid for a further 4 weeks for you to rebook an alternative date
- If you cancel your appointment and have given 48 hours notice but do not rebook you will forfeit your deposit
- I will only allow you to change your appointment once so please make sure your appointment date is suitable for you.
- A third top up is charged at £50.
- I run a tight schedule so if you arrive 15 minutes late, you will not be seen and will lose your deposit.
- Please come alone, any chaperone will need to wait in the car.
